Our office will probate a Will or open an estate without a Will in any of the counties we serve. We will then assist in the administration of the estate to its conclusion with final distribution. Every effort is made to complete all of the necessary legal work and make all distributions within 3 to 9 months of probate.
In addition to our probate and estate work, we also will prepare Wills and Trusts to meet every client need. A Will or Trust must accurately reflect the intent of the client, and we make sure that each instrument which we prepare is individualized for this purpose.
